About Mari

Mari MarquezMari Marques is a certified herbalist with over 20 years experience in working with her clients, wildcrafting, medicine making, and teaching about the herbs. She is also an ordained minister and an avid hula hooper and creek walker.

Mari recently closed her shop in Manitou Springs and moved up to the mountains of Florissant CO. “The sunsets are better here” she has informed us. 8 tourist seasons in Manitou was quite enough for her.

She tends a 1100 square foot greenhouse which she is convinced could feed the nations hungry and starving just off of yesterdays pick.

Come on up sometime and pick yourself some fresh veggies!

  3. Hello,
Read about you in the Ute Pass News that a customer/local friend brought me re: all the herb info on the inside front page. He was quite fascinated and asked me if all that is true. He knows that I am into ‘all that’. Funny!
I am running the Victor Hotel as of six months ago and am actively trying to make it ‘green’. would love to see your greenhouse and meet you.

Likely you don’t remember me and my sons as it has been a LONG time since we’ve seen you. I wanted to First thank you for helping a single mom tak great care of her kids. They are 20 & 18 now and still swear by your care (odd that grown men remember your cough syrup and teas so you DID make an impact). Secondly, I googled you because I could sure use some Mari advice and herbal guidance once again. I was hoping to come see you, no matter how far you are now.
