Greetings and Happy New Year!
With winter time and flu season upon us, it seems an appropriate time to have a discussion on winterizing your kids using herbs and common sense home remedies. In this class I hope to help parents understand the following:
-Importance of increasing immunity and host resistance in order to prevent infection ,
-How to recognize the difference between a common cold & more serious respiratory illness
-Suggest herbal remedies to keep a sick child comfortable in the case that they do become ill

This class is by donation, everyone is welcome
