A Deeper Dive with Herbs

Have you ever suggested a remedy that worked for one person but not another? Do you feel limited by today's resources such as books or the internet when seeking herbal solutions? It's because you are.

There is a reason indigenous cultures refer to the plants as maestro. Books are great but it is like looking at a picture and trying to feel and smell the ocean.

We'll take you beyond the pill and beyond the "take this for that" mentality in this informative workshop that breaks through boundaries. You'll learn how herbalists fine tune their remedies and protocols to meet specific needs and how herbs can speak a language beyond words for deeper understanding.
We will discuss:
Energetics/Constitution-the importance of energetics when considering which herbs to use for each individual person, their condition and why

Understand how herbs or treatments can be contra-indicated with certain conditions or people

Learn to use herbal actions to facilitate the body's natural processes and restore balance as opposed to treating symptoms

Be more precise in your treatment plan by using the right herb, solvent and method. Why and when to use alcohol, vinegar and glycerite.

A quick method for formulation

There are many ways the plants show us we are related. The Doctrine of Signatures is one. We'll explore plant communication and how they convey their characteristics beyond book knowledge. When we relate to them as opposed to memorizing their benefits, it can lead to more desirable outcomes. We'll show you techniques through smell, taste and observation that can help you remember this innate ability we are all born with.
If you feel you are the one in your family line who is being called to remember the ancient traditions of plant medicine, the plants patiently await you and this could be the door you've been seeking.
Go beyond kitchen remedies and be more specific using these methods. This workshop will help you feel more confident in your recommendations and protocols using intention and knowing as your guide.
Dive in with me, let's go deeper with the plants.
