Influenza-Prevention and Treatment

As a followup to my article in the December Ute Country News on Influenza-The Great Myth, I will be having a class on Saturday December 14th in the big meeting room at the Florissant Library. We will discuss prevention techniques, what to do if you are exposed to the virus and how to treat it (inexpensively) if you do become infected. How to beat it, how to treat it! I’ll demonstrate how to make an immune boost elixir and have premixed herbs and bottles on hand for purchase.
